Eligibility: To receive the Offer, you must be invited and be: (1) one of the first 50 people to qualify to, and attend a 1 hour SurveyMonkey Apply Demo prior to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 20, 2019; (2) a resident of the U.S. with a U.S. mailing address; (3) employed at a company that is not currently using SurveyMonkey Apply; and (4) over 21 years of age. Offer is invite-only, may not be transferred and is limited to one per person per company. Qualifications are determined by SurveyMonkey and may be based on your company’s current application management needs. In the event of multiple qualified demos provided to employees from the same company, only the first qualifying demo from such company will be eligible. Employees of SurveyMonkey Inc., its affiliated companies, and each of their immediate family members are not eligible.
Offer Period: Offer ends when all 50 AirPods® are claimed or at 4:59:59 pm PST on December 20, 2019, whichever comes first. You must have scheduled and attended your entire SurveyMonkey Apply Demo prior to the end of this Offer Period.
Redemption: In order to receive the Offer, you must provide your physical address as AirPods® will be delivered by mail approximately thirty (30) days after your attend the demo. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at SurveyMonkey’s discretion. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
